• Check condition of cooling/condensing coils this service.

• Suction and Discharge pressures

• Suction and Discharge Liquid Temperatures

• Refrigerant Liquid Temperatures

• Refrigerant Return Temperatures

• Check liquid refrigerant changes flow in sight glass (when fitted) for shortage of gas.

• Check for Refrigerant leaks.

• Note outside air temperatures.

• Check Sump Heater Operation.

• Check control operations and setting of safety controls. HP, LP, OIL

• Check solenoids, electrically on condensers, compressors or reversing valves on

both heating and cooling.

• Check Vibration Mounts.

• Check bearings and belts on Condenser and Supply Air Fans.

• Clean Washable Filters.

• Advise client if new filters required for next service.

• Check Cooling/Condensers, Coils not icing up.

• Check electrics for signs of hot connections, burnt contacts on starters

• Examine general condition of conduits, connectors, switches and wiring, especially

• Check Access Panels, Doors and Fastenings.

• Clean Condensate Drains.
